Update to CTAA's COVID-19 Protocols at EXPO
Good afternoon,

After careful consideration with the CTAA Board of Directors and staff leadership, and in concert with our host hotel and the Richmond Convention Center, we will be implementing new COVID-19 safety protocols at our upcoming Community Transportation EXPO. These protocols are becoming standard for national conferences and will be critical in protecting the health and safety of everyone participating in the EXPO.

  • All attendees need to present proof of vaccination or a negative COVID-19 test dated no later than Nov. 4.
  • Face masks will be required for all indoor meetings unless actively eating/drinking/presenting.
  • As much as possible, we will be offering the opportunity for social distancing in our intensive and workshop sessions.

In order to keep all attendee information confidential, we will be partnering with a third-party verification service. We will be sharing more details on this process soon.

Additionally, we’ve extended our early-bird rates to last the duration of the registration period. We want to offer as much flexibility to our members as possible, including the assurance of low prices

Please contact CTAA Membership and EXPO Director Loreal Lance ([email protected]), or Executive Director Scott Bogren ([email protected]), if you have any questions about these important safety protocols at our Community Transportation EXPO.

We feel it is imperative to do everything we can to ensure your safety in attending our conference — and these extra steps we have decided to take do just that. We appreciate your understanding and are happy to have to answer any questions you might have.
