This year marks the 100th anniversary of Howard Zinn (August 24, 1922 – January 27, 2010). We share new and exciting activities commemorating Howard Zinn's life and work.
The Howard Zinn at 100 campaign shares the various ways organizations, publishers, and individuals are honoring his legacy throughout the year. Let us know if you have any plans to commemorate the centennial.

| Howard Zinn Book Fair The Howard Zinn Book Fair returns on Sunday, December 4, 2022, to be held in the San Francisco bay area. |

| Kronos Quartet Will feature Howard Zinn audio clips in their 2022 performances. |
|
| The Midwestern Archivist Granted rights to HowardZinn.org to publish Zinn's influential article, “Secrecy, Archives, and the Public Interest.” |

| The New Press On Aug. 24, will release a paperback edition of Truth Has a Power of Its Own with a new cover. |
|
| NYU Tamiment Library Newly digitized 293 audio and video recordings of Howard Zinn’s work to ensure long-term preservation and access to researchers around the world. |

| Rethinking Schools Featuring a piece by Howard Zinn in each quarterly issue of Rethinking Schools magazine. The Winter 2022 issue selection is “The Scourge of Nationalism.” |
