How to talk to people who are 50 years younger

Robert Reich, former US Labor Secretary and Harvard professor, begins this podcast by saying, "It turns out that most of the people I deal with daily...are 50 years younger than I am. They’re in their mid-20s. I’m in my mid-70s."
