On November 16, 2020, two proposed rule amendments to the Community Solar Energy Pilot Program were published in the New Jersey Register.
The first proposed rule amendment, Docket Number QX20090577 is available here. The second proposed rule amendment, Docket Number QX20090594 is available here.
Comments on each proposed rule amendment will be accepted until January 15, 2021. Comments must be submitted separately under the correct docket number; do not submit comments on both proposed rule amendments in a single comment document.
Comments may be submitted by email in Microsoft Word format, or in a format that can be easily converted to Word, to: rule.comments@bpu.nj.gov. Please include the correct docket number (QX20090577 or QX20090594) in the subject line.
