As part of the ongoing implementation of New Jersey’s Community Solar Energy Pilot Program, new forms are now available on New Jersey’s Clean Energy Program™ (NJCEP) website :
- The Community Solar Subscriber Organization Registration Form: Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:8-9.10, all community solar organizations must complete and submit this form at least 30 days prior to first commencing community solar business operations in New Jersey.
- The Community Solar Subscriber Disclosure Form: Pursuant to N.J.A.C. 14:8-9.10(b)4, community solar subscriber organizations must present a completed disclosure statement to each community solar subscriber at the same time as providing the subscription contract. Each subscriber must sign an acknowledgement that they have received and read the disclosure statement.
- The Community Solar Customer Complaint Form: This form is available to any New Jersey ratepayer with a complaint or concern about their community solar subscription.
