Starting at Seaholm, ending on South Congress
The Groundbreaking Women Tour has officially launched on the Guide to Austin Architecture website in honor of Women’s History Month. To celebrate, the AIA Austin Women in Architecture committee has planned a 4 mile bike tour of the Downtown and South Congress sites, which will take place March 26th from 10am to noon. The tour will feature a short presentation by inspiring women such as Emily Little, FAIA; Heather McKinney, FAIA; Kelly Henson, AIA; Maija Kreishman, AIA; and Sophia Razzaque, AIA, who will each present their projects. Please join us in celebrating these amazing female architects!

We will be starting at Seaholm, make our way through downtown, then head to South Congress. It is BYOB (Bring your own Bikes) and please remember to bring your helmets and water! If you would like to attend, but do not own a bike, we recommend using the various MetroBike stations in the Seaholm area. Additional details can be found on our website and will also be sent upon registration. Ride is RAIN OR SHINE!
