Rick Engineering Company (RICK) has promoted Patricia M. Trauth to principal. Trauth, who joined RICK in 2016 as associate principal, is responsible for managing the landscape architectural practice for the company’s 10 offices.

OSCAR JONES JOINS
KIRE Builders
KIRE Builders is pleased to welcome Oscar Jones as an Acquisitions Analyst. Oscar recently joined the KIRE team after spending a year working for Paramount Property Tax Appeal.
A recent graduate of SDSU with a B.S. in Business Administration, Oscar was an active member of the SDSU Finance & Investment Society, SDSU Real Estate Society, and completed the REFM Excel and Financial Modeling Workshop.
Oscar currently resides in Pacific Beach, however he is originally from Australia and has travelled between the USA and Australia the majority of his life.
