Dear Alief Staff Members,
Thanks to all who have taken time to vote in the March 1 Primary Elections. This is a reminder that Early Voting ends Friday, February 25 so make plans to vote prior to Friday if you want to vote early.
You may still vote on Election Day Tuesday, March 1 if you prefer. You may find information about voting in Harris County or Fort Bend County at the Alief Votes website here.
Also, a quick reminder about the Social Media Challenge which runs through March 1. Post your "I Voted" selfie on social media and tag Alief ISD. If we receive more than 500 selfies before the cutoff, you may wear jeans for a whole month later this school year.
I would also like to share an informative website through the Secretary of State’s Office. Please take a little bit of time and get to know the candidates, no matter which primary you vote in. This site click here is easy to navigate and can give you information about state and local races on the primary ballot.
