Moss started with Viking Range as an accounting manager in 1994 and was named CFO in 2013. She attended both Mississippi State University and Delta State University and received her Bachelors of Business Administration degree in 1991, and Masters of Professional Accountancy degree in 1998 from Delta State.

Moss's term is one year, and she replaces Pat Thomasson as Chairwoman of the Board. Thomasson is the CEO of the Thomasson Company in Philadelphia.
