PBS KIDS APP OF THE DAY!
Get ready for some Outdoor Family Fun with Plum! This app offers daily activities that will get your family outside, exploring your neighborhood and learning about nature. It's part of PLUM LANDING, a PBS KIDS project that helps kids develop a love for this amazing and beautiful planet we call home.
On weekdays from 6 am to 6 pm, GPB TV has modified its programming schedule to support distance learning. It now includes conversation starters and discussion questions.
GRADES 3-6
In this interactive lesson, students learn the basics of how stories are structured, gain vocabulary about storytelling elements, and explore how the arts, specifically drawing, can be a valuable way for students to tell stories. 
GRADES K-3
This video from Odd Squad will help children with counting, cardinality, skip counting, and identifying number patterns. Olive has the skips and is skipping steps, and Otto is having trouble figuring out where she'll turn up next based on her to-do list. He visits the Mathroom for help cracking the case.
GRADES 6-12
Get ready for summer by exploring the science behind some of your favorite summer activities. Discover the physics of sailing, the chemistry of campfires, the science of blowing bubbles, the mineral composition of sand, and the forces that allow humans to ride bicycles and roller coasters. Use these videos and lesson plans to encourage your students to become scientists this summer!
GRADES 6-12
Hundreds of predominantly white college students participated in voter registration efforts, taught in freedom schools and worked in community centers in towns throughout racially segregated Mississippi. Volunteers believed they raised awareness of the voter rights infractions in the South and demonstrated that it was possible to make positive changes on civil rights issues.
GRADES PREK-K
In this video segment, real kids learn how to make paintings on a hot sidewalk using melting ice cubes that evaporate over time.
