The process is simple. Just email some info to [email protected] by Friday, September 3, including: a description of the collaborative, the name of the organization(s) that led the initiative, and the impact the collaborative has had on community health.

New resource helps answer common questions for the uninsured. The Medicaid and Marketplace Outreach and Enrollment (MMOE) Work Group has developed a new client handout, debunking common health insurance myths and connecting county residents to free health insurance enrollment assistance through local organizations.
