May is Mental Health Awareness Month, and Girl Scouts have told us this is an issue they care deeply about. After all, the challenges of today’s world don’t only affect grownups. Young people, especially girls, are facing a mental health crisis of their own. Girl Scouts and their families can access new resources created specifically to support mental wellbeing. With this initiative, families can supplement traditional resources with current Girl Scout programming, new adult training to help identify and address potential mental health issues, and workshops to help girls better understand mental wellness and practice skills to strengthen their resilience.

We have an important update regarding rewards: supply chain issues are impacting the rewards for our 2022 Cookie Program. Due to the supply chain impact, the plush koalas and the koala slippers are not expected to arrive until October. We recognize these are popular rewards and hope you can explain to girls that the rewards are simply delayed and will arrive in October. In place of the delayed items, girls will receive a plush fox and a “Bee Amazing” bath towel this spring. Once again, the plush koalas and slippers are expected to arrive in the fall as they are delayed due to supply chain issues. |
