New Product

Our newly released MOS FET modules expand with higher voltages of 60 and 100V. The G3VM-XXMT series is an ideal choice for a multitude of test and measurement applications.

G3VM-61MT/-101MT

MOS FET Relay Module

Omron expands its T-Module line-up with the new G3VM-61MT and -101MT. The T-switch design of this SPST-NO module provides virtually no leakage current (≤ 1pA) due to its three MOS FET relays in one package design. This relay module requires low mounting space, and provides strong isolation performance as compared to other MOS FET relays.

Application examples include:

Semiconductor wafer test systems
In-circuit and general testers
IC test systems
Inline test equipment
