PRIVIT Registration:

• All parents must create an account on PRIVIT and fill out all required documents.
• No paper forms will be accepted. Register or login at https://ndhsrebels.e-ppe.com/

MSHSAA Physical Form:

• Requirement: All athletes need to complete the MSHSAA Physical Form.

Field Hockey:

• Dates and Times: Monday-Thursday, August 12-15

• Time: 3:00-4:30 pm

• Location: Field hockey field

• Equipment:
• Field hockey stick, mouth guard, shin guards, cleats, and tennis shoes

Cross Country:

• Dates and Times:

• Monday-Wednesday, August 12-14: 12:15-1:45 pm
• Thursday-Friday, August 15-16: 3:15-4:45 pm

• Location: Meet in the gym lobby

Volleyball:

• Dates and Times:

• Monday-Tuesday, August 12-13: 1:30-3:00 pm (all grade levels)
• Wednesday-Friday, August 14-16:
• Freshman Team: 3:00-4:30 pm
• JV and Varsity Teams: 4:30-6:00 pm

Softball:

• Monday and Wednesday, August 12 and 14: 12:30-2:00 pm
• Tuesday, August 13: 4:00-5:30 pm
