Now that the fall semester is starting soon, you may need to update your AoS program map(s) to reflect any changes to the contact information or program description for AY23.
Please follow the steps below to review your program map and submit edits.
Important: This process is only to submit edits to a current program map, which does not affect the official catalog award plan.
Step 1: Review Program Map
To review your current program map(s), please visit the online Program Maps by Areas of Study lists.
Step 2: Updating a Program Map (if needed)
To submit edits to a program map, please submit the Updates to a 2022-23 Program Maps Form.
Note: To request an update to a program map, the department chair (or designee) will need to complete and submit the request form.
Revising/Creating New Program Maps
To view information about revising (other than the contact information or program description for AY23) or creating a new program map for the next catalog, please first visit the Program Maps Process page and then the Guidelines for New Program Maps page for additional information.
