In 2023 The Arc Rhode Island saw many changes; each change wrote a chapter in our story. To begin the year, we had changes of leadership at The Arc RI. Our team demonstrated their commitment to serving our community and to ensuring the longevity of our organization. This along with additional leadership changes at The Arc of the United States may have challenged us, but at the same time, made our team stronger and given us the opportunity to thrive. These two very important chapters in our story are not the only changes worth sharing. We took a big step and now our team works as a 100% virtual office. As a result, we have rejuvenated The Arc RI and our team. We believe that change is good, it creates the possibility for a fresh start!

That is exactly what we plan to do in 2024, with a new perspective

a strong momentum and passion for what we do!

Although many changes have taken place for our organization, in 2023 our mission and goals never wavered. Our commitment to you and our community gives us the foundation to build on to, while making a huge impact in 2024!
