Great work to our athletes who concluded our fall racing calendar this weekend. Check out the full recap and be sure to review upcoming schedule changes and winter meet entry deadlines below.
Congratulations CPAC Invitational Swimmers
Great work to our athletes who raced at the CPAC Thanksgiving Invitational in Stamford, CT. AGUA swimmers raced to personal bests alongside new qualifying times for USA Swimming Futures Championships and Eastern Zone Sectionals.

Special congratulations to Denys Mialkovskyi for establishing a new AGUA Team Record in the 13 to 14 boys 200 backstroke. Denys's time of 1:51.66 beat the previous mark of 1:52.83 from 2010. His time is the third-fastest time in the country so far this season.

The AGUA coaches would like to thank Satya Agashiwala, Alia Basler, Isabella Castano, Daijin Dorsey Reyes, and Alegra Teixidor-Salerno for exemplifying our team values of respect, accountability, and discipline at the meet.

Get Involved: Become an Official
AGUA is in need of stroke and turn judges. Being an official is a great way to get involved in your swimmer's life and the sport. You will learn the rules of competitive swimming, and gain a greater understanding of and how meets work. You can take pride in getting involved, and you will be helping the sport improve.

Team Suits and Practice Equipment
Ultimate Swim Shop, our team store, is still open for gear and apparel purchases. If you haven't done so already, you will have to create an account and select “Asphalt Green Unified Aquatics” as your team. To create an account, click on “Register” (right side of page), input your information, select our team, and click “Submit”.

AGUA's TYR tech suit discount website is available here (password: AGUAXTYR). Please note, all swimmers must adhere to the AGUA tech suit policy. Tech suits are only permitted at specified meets throughout the season. Check with your lead group coach if you have any questions. Please review the AGUA tech suit policy here.

Please be advised:

Our initial order of racing caps was placed by Ultimate Swim Shop with TYR on October 6, 2021. Ultimate Swim Shop has seven TYR teams for whom they ordered racing caps from TYR, and they have not yet received a single shipment because of supply line complications.

Ultimate Swim Shop reached out to TYR last week to inquire when they might reasonably expect to receive our caps. Please note that Ultimate has been and will continue to ship all items received from their vendors within 24 hours of their receiving the items.
