Competition – What are you Chasing?
Competition is what swimming is about; at its most basic we are competing with ourselves. We race against our fastest time or we chase a specific open water goal. Whatever the reason, we are all chasing something. One of the beautiful things about Masters swimming is that we, as a community, honor and respect all of those individual races. Just by being in the pool, you are already a competitor. Congratulations.

I’d like to invite you to expand your competitive circle. This month there is a free U.S. Masters Swimming meet in our neck of the woods, at the Nassau County Aquatics Center. Learn more about this opportunity to take your swimming competitiveness to another level below.
