In Memoriam
We are saddened to report that longtime Public Safety Training Center Adjunct Professor Roger Dillon recently passed away after an illness. Roger had taught Safety Center courses for approximately 20 years. A memorial service was held last week.
We also wanted to share the sad news that longtime tennis coach Rosemary Donnelly passed away in late August. She coached ARC’s first men's tennis team in 1957 and led them to the Conference Championship that year. She coached the women's tennis team until her retirement in 1985. In 1999, the Donnelly-Freund tennis courts at ARC were named in her honor, commemorating her legacy and dedication to the sport and college. See her online obituary for more information. |

No Spring 2022 Parking Permits
To help reduce the barriers for students who need to access district and college facilities (including in-person classes or student support services), semester and daily parking permits will not be sold during the Spring 2022 semester. In addition, new employee parking permits will not be distributed and your current permit will remain valid for the spring. While you will not be ticketed for a lack of permit, students and employees will be required to park in designated student or staff parking spaces. Los Rios Police will enforce violations in red zones and other restricted areas, metered or timed parking, disabled parking, and violations that impede traffic or block access. |
