When not in his lab or classroom at Eastland Career Center, Hunter Young (Teays Valley) uses his spare time to fine-tune his racing skills. However, one unfortunate incident at the track put him in a hospital with intense lower body burns. Fast-forward nearly one year to the day, the junior Pre-Engineering student recently used a class project in his government course to introduce a state bill that would create a Burn Victim Awareness Week.
