Archeological Dig Days are Back!
Historic Courthouse Tavern Site
January 12th & 26th

Join the King William County Historical Society for Archaeology days at the Tavern site next to the Historic Courthouse for tours of the site and to help with excavations. A combination of excavation and washing artifacts will be performed, based on the weather, so the public and volunteers can see a range of activities and learn from both parts of archaeology. The Historical Society Museum will also be open for visitors.

Broadband News ...
All Points Broadband is working with the County to provide fiber-to-the-home service to all parts of the county not already slated for broadband through other grant projects. Make sure you register your address on their website. This information will help them ensure universal coverage and finalize their construction sequence. Download the latest update from APB which was presented at the November 7th Board of Supervisors Work Session. Watch the presentation on the County YouTube Channel.

The Breezeline expansion mainly focuses on the northeast section of King William County. Those already served in areas by Breezeline, mainly the Central Garage area and 360 corridor, may want to take advantage of the Affordable Connectivity Program and the Line Extension Customer Assistance Program (LECAP).

Cox Communications provides service to most of West Point. Visit their website for coverage information and pricing.

Xfinity (Comcast) service is available in very limited areas of the County. Check their website to see if coverage is available at your address.

The Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) is a U.S. government program that helps many low income households pay for broadband service and internet connected devices. Click on the photos below to learn more, see if you qualify, and apply.
