A Hike to the Botanical Garden from the Castro, San Francisco - Tuesday, April 28, 2026

Date & Time: Tuesday, April 28th @ 11:00 am to about 2:00 pm

Location: Meet by 11:00 in front of the Castro Theatre.

Getting There: The 24, 33, 35 and 37 MUNI buses or MUNI streetcars will get you there.

Join your CMG brothers on a healthy hike as we enjoy fellowship and the scenic beauty of the City - San Francisco.

We will meet at the Castro Theatre at 11:00 am. We will walk from the Castro to the Panhandle, to Golden Gate Park, and via JFK Drive to SF's Botanical Garden. We can return by the N-Judah or buses on Fulton or Lincoln.

No pets except service dogs. The hike is moderate and flat most of the way. The hike will take about 2.5 hours.

WHAT TO BRING: Snacks; comfortable shoes; plenty of water and sun protection (sunscreen, sunglasses and hat). Also, dress for most conditions; layers is always smart. Please leave dogs (except service dogs) at home.
