West Avenue Phase II Project

We are sharing two week look ahead schedules...

The latest two-week look ahead schedule for the West Avenue Neighborhood Improvements Project has been posted online. This schedule outlines ongoing and upcoming construction activities, including where crews will be working and what type of work to expect.

A summary of the contractor’s expected work is included below for your convenience. Here’s a quick recap of expected work through the end of July 2025:

Segment 1: Pump Station (1671 West Ave)

  • Contractor completing punch list and site cleanup in pump station site
  • Contractor to continue construction on Pump Station FPL electrical vault and control platform


Segment 2: Lincoln Road

  • Exploratory excavation within ROW for existing utility verifications
  • Installation of new watermain 
  • Flushing and pressure testing of new watermain
  • Sanitary sewer line installation
  • Water quality well construction 


Segment 3: 16 Street

  • Exploratory excavation within ROW for existing utility verifications
  • Water quality well construction
