It’s fall again! Folks are sniffling, coughing, and sneezing all over the place. Now while we don’t subscribe to the germ theory, we do know that you have to create the conditions ripe to host a cold or flu. Prevention takes not just extra doses of probiotics and maybe vitamin C, it takes cultivating a congruent and fulfilling life.
