Dear Jeff,
This month we’re talking about healthy sexuality. What else are the doldrums of February for?! The reason for discussing this luscious topic is that the world is rife with depictions of sex as some base, aggressive, pornographic function based on nefarious media. This is unfortunate as friction based sex, no matter your gender, is sad, painful, and doesn't remotely consider the true spiritual communion baked into our loins. Also, it doesn't wholly discharge the pent up content stuck in your physical or emotional bodies.
When you study Wilhelm Reich's capacity to discharge rage through the healthy sexual function through pression-based intimacy, you change the whole game plan. Did you know that 99% of the time why women reject sex later on in life is due to unnecessary pain, due to friction and too little tantric-based pression?
In fact, whether you are male or female, genital ejaculation should be reserved for making babies. The rest of us poised on romance, nurturing, spiritual fulfillment, and creating a fundamental orgonotic charge for the whole of our lives, know a whole other way of fostering health, longevity, beauty, and levity. It's truly being tapped into the fountain of youth. Isn't this also what you want?
I know you will want the resources asap to get on with this glorious way of being in relationship with your beloved too. Below is a short list. By no means can I cramp 30 years of study into a cover letter or blog post, but this will get you started. Please feel free to raise this topic further up to the fore the next time we meet during your regularly scheduled follow-up.

My hope is that your February becomes a month to celebrate. Early bedtimes during the last vestiges of winter can be something to look forward to instead of waiting on that damn groundhog.
Love,
Ally and Jeff
