Labor law posters are the mandated state and federal employment law notices that employers with at least one employee or more are required to conspicuously post in an area frequented by all employees. Failure to display the correct state and federal employment law notices can result in penalties, fines and lawsuits

Civics Bee Regional Vista Competition

This annual initiative – now expanding to all 50 states in celebration of America’s 250th anniversary in 2026 – invites middle school students to showcase their civics knowledge, engage in their communities, and build trust in others and institutions through a nonpartisan, multi-round competition.

Hey Helen Grant

The Hey Helen Grant offers $10,000 in unrestricted funding to support entrepreneurs building mission-driven, for-profit businesses in the U.S. Eligible applicants must be 100% women-owned, generate less than $1 million in annual revenue, and have a U.S.-based business bank account. Nonprofits are not eligible, and applicants must be at least 18 years old and legal U.S. residents. Learn more here.

Secretsos™ Small Business Grant

The Secretsos™ Small Business Grant offers $2,500 to help entrepreneurs overcome challenges and accelerate growth. Designed for business owners who are often overlooked by traditional funding sources, the grant provides accessible support whether you’re just starting out or preparing for major growth. To apply, business owners must be at least 21 years old and operate in an eligible US state. The selected recipient will have full discretion on how to use the funds. Learn more here.

County of San Diego Workplace Step Challenge

This free, fun, and easy-to-join challenge motivates local workplaces to boost physical activity, teamwork, and wellness through a little friendly competition.
