It's Belmont Sheffield Music Festival Weekend!

Dust off your dancing shoes, Chicago Street Fest season starts on Friday, with the official kickoff to summer, the Belmont Sheffield Music Festival! Taking over Memorial Day Weekend, Friday, May 22 through Sunday, May 24, Sheffield Street transforms into a vibrant festival experience. With two stages of nonstop live music, dozens of food vendors serving up fresh, hot favorites, and a curated mix of local vendors offering apparel, accessories, candles, pet goods, and more, it’s the perfect way to shake off winter and step into summer.

Don't Worry- Ann Sather's Will Still Be Here

The entire neighborhood was disheartened to hear that our cinnamon roll haven, Ann Sather, will be closing their location at 909 W Belmont. There is no need to mourn- the Ann Sather restaurant at 3415 N Broadway will remain open in Lakeview East! The Broadway location has the same menu and friendly service as the Belmont location. In exciting news for the Ann Sather's family, they are opening a brand new location in Wicker Park. We will miss the Belmont spot, but do not have to go far for the comfort and hospitality we love, as the Broadway location is just 0.6 miles away.

Free Fun Outdoor Fitness is Officially Back

Free outdoor fitness classes return to Gallagher Way every Monday through Friday at 7 a.m., running now through October 2. This season brings a refreshed lineup, with classes 

designed to meet every fitness level – no registration required. 

• Mondays: Pilates with Rise Pilates Club

• Tuesdays: Yoga with Five Keys Yoga 

• Wednesdays: HIIT with Crosstown Fitness

• Thursdays: Yoga with Five Keys Yoga

• Fridays: Dance & Sculpt with Free Mvmt Shop

Gallagher Way is the neighborhoods backyard, and other than free fitness classes, they always have something going on!

Draftkings Will Remain Open

News broke this week that the DraftKings Sportsbook at Wrigley Field in Wrigleyville will officially end in-person sports betting operations. While the sportsbook portion is coming to a close, the venue itself isn’t going anywhere. Guests can still enjoy the massive bar, full-service kitchen, and the venue’s impressive 2,000-square-foot video screens for watching all the action. The final day to place in-person bets will be May 31.
