On December 4th, we invite you to join us for our Wrigleyville Wonderland Kick-Off Night, There’s No Place Like Gnome for the Holidays. For one night only, participating pop-up bars will be offering special deals and events, like ornament decorating, $5 shots, bingo, and free entry to bars that usually require a cover fee. At the heart of the festivities, a Gingerbread House Float will be stationed on Clark Street as our central hub. Stop by to:

It’s that time of year again – come celebrate the holidays with us at the Lakeview East Holiday Party on December 17th! We’re bringing the business community together for an evening packed with holiday cheer, great food, and a cozy, festive vibe. This years party is at the holiday pop-up Elf'd Up!
Expect to see Buddy the Elf spreading his North Pole magic, along with delicious holiday-themed cocktails and plenty of tasty bites. It’s a chance to unwind, share some laughs, and make memories with friends and fellow business owners as we toast to the season!
Tickets are priced as $25 for LVECC members, and $30 for non-members.

Seminary from Cornelia to Eddy will be converted to a two-way street!
Starting December 2nd, Seminary from Cornelia to Eddy will be permanently converted to a two-way street. This change aims to improve traffic flow and pedestrian safety. Currently, vehicles heading north often create backups and reduced visibility by making left turns onto Clark from Eddy. This stretch of Seminary is regularly converted to two-way during Wrigley events to help manage congestion. With the switch, we hope to create a safer, more consistent traffic pattern. Signage will be posted several days ahead of the change.
