Chicago foodies, rejoice! Friday marks the beginning of Chicago Restaurant Week. This 17-day celebration of the city’s award-winning culinary scene features over 350 restaurants across the city, with 9 of them conveniently located right here in Lakeview East. Diners can savor special prix-fixe menus for brunch ($25), lunch ($25), and/or dinner ($42 or $59). Below, you'll find a list of all participating Lakeview East restaurants!

Ice Cream for Breakfast Day

On November 9, 2023, the Chicago City Council signed a new paid time off ordinance, the Chicago Paid Leave and Paid Sick and Safe Leave Ordinance. This new ordinance replaces the Chicago Paid Sick Leave Ordinance and will become effective on July 1, 2024.
