Chicago foodies, rejoice! Friday marks the beginning of Chicago Restaurant Week. This 17-day celebration of the city’s award-winning culinary scene features over 350 restaurants across the city, with 9 of them conveniently located right here in Lakeview East. Diners can savor special prix-fixe menus for brunch ($25), lunch ($25), and/or dinner ($42 or $59). Below, you'll find a list of all participating Lakeview East restaurants!

Put on your PJs and grab a spoon — the topsy-turviest day of the year has almost arrived. Join us at Jeni’s Scoop Shop (3657 N Clark) for the annual Ice Cream For Breakfast Day festivities, 9 am to noon on Saturday, Feb. 3! There are plenty of delightful surprises in store, including Banana French Toast ice cream (and its corresponding L’affogato, the Banoffee), featured breakfast-themed menu pairings, one-day-only French Toast Buttercrisp Waffle Cones, limited-edition souvenir mugs, kids’ coloring sheets, and more.
