Ingmar James Salon was founded by William James Reinke and Garret Ingmar Koski-Budabin, who first crossed paths as educators for the international haircolor brand Schwarzkopf Professional. Bonded by their passion for education, creativity, and great hair, they set out to create a world-class salon that Chicago neighborhoods were missing, and thus Ingmar James Salon was born. The space strikes the perfect balance: traditional yet current, upscale yet unpretentious, professional yet laid-back. True to the classic meaning of a “salon,” it’s both a destination for beautiful hair and a welcoming place to relax, connect, and catch up on the day. Guests always come first, reflected in expert hairdressing, personalized service, and a warm, inviting vibe. The highly trained team offers everything from balayage and fashion color to precision cuts, extensions, trendy styles, and timeless classics (including men’s barbering) making Ingmar James a go-to for hair that’s as polished as it is approachable. Upgrade your do by a team of professionals who are friendly, passionate, and precise!
