Join us for a Lakeview East Supper Club of chef curated sushi by Nori Sushi, and luxurious sake by Dassai Blue!
Nothing says summer quite like fresh sushi and perfectly chilled sake. Light, refreshing, and packed with flavor, sushi is the ideal warm-weather meal, and Nori Sushi is taking it to the next level. For one night only, Nori Sushi has created a special prix fixe menu with each course thoughtfully crafted to pair with a different Dassai sake, offering guests a guided tasting experience that highlights the best of both Japanese cuisine and craftsmanship.
On Wednesday, August 26th, Dassai Blue Sommelier Ashley Thornton is coming out to Nori Sushi for this dinner pairing! He will teach us all about the sake as we sip, taste, and enjoy. Learn about the tedious sake process from a professional, and discover more about Japan's iconic national beverage.

This Sunday, the East Lakeview Neighbors invite baseball fans to a Rooftop Baseball Neighbor Social at Wrigley View Rooftops, located at 1050 W. Waveland Ave., as the Chicago Cubs take on the Minnesota Twins at 1:20 p.m. Enjoy unbeatable rooftop views of Wrigley Field, along with food and drinks included with admission.
East Lakeview Neighbors members can attend for just $25, while tickets for non-members are $80.

Next weekend, July 24-26, is going to be absolutely bananas in Wrigleyville. The world-famous Savannah Bananas are playing at Wrigley Field for three days in a row! Magic Tricks + Brews + Charity
Experience an evening of magic while making a difference at Dignity Diner's Magic Tricks Dinner on Wednesday, July 29 at Pilot Project Brewing in Wrigleyville. Presented by Plageman Agency Inc. – American Family Insurance, the fundraiser will feature light bites, incredible magic, and an opportunity to support a meaningful local cause. All proceeds from the event will benefit Dignity Diner.
Since 1992, Dignity Diner has provided a free, full-service, three-course meal every Tuesday to 80–100 guests at 925 W. Diversey Parkway in the Lincoln Park/Lakeview neighborhood. The nonprofit is dedicated to serving individuals experiencing food, housing, or financial insecurity, offering not only a warm meal but also a welcoming community each week.
