With a diverse range of original pieces available for sale, there’s something for every taste and budget.

But the festival is more than just an art show—it’s a dynamic hub of excitement for the entire weekend! Latin Restaurant Weeks highlights the contributions of Latinos in the culinary industry as an integral part of the local community, providing participants with a platform to amplify their voices and visibility. Owner Erin Smith has been helping people relax, as well as recover from injuries and chronic pain for over 20 years. Erin’s experiences includes working in-tandem with both chiropractors and acupuncturists, and she has professional experience in spas. Her skilled massage therapists also bring years of experience from luxury spas, rehabilitation clinics, and alternative healing practices to craft a specialized session just for you, based on your needs and preferences.

In addition to massages, The Self Sanctuary offers cupping therapy, hot stone therapy, reiki sessions, and foot bath soaks, and more! “With a focus on nurturing both the body and mind, our dedicated team of highly trained massage therapists is committed to creating a serene and healing environment. Wellness is the core foundation of every session.”

Duke of Perth

The Duke lives, and so does tradition. The Duke of Perth is OFFICIALLY open at its new home, 2728 N Broadway! The Duke of Perth lived on Clark street for 35 years, and is still serving everything you know and love. They have over 100 whiskeys, bottomless fish and chips on Wednesdays and Fridays, and an unmatched boisterous energy. There are not too many places to get bangers and mash or shepherd pie year round, but at Duke of Perth, you can!

Hours: Tuesday – Thursday from 5 pm to 12 pm, Friday 4 pm to 1 am, Saturday from noon to 1 am, and Sunday from noon to 12 pm.

Seoul Taco

This past week, Lakeview East became home to the 11^th Seoul Taco in the US! Serving up a delicious collaboration of Korean and Mexican cuisine, Seoul Taco is now open at 1034 W Belmont! Menu items include the Kimchi Fried Rice Burritos, Tacos, Nachos, Quesadillas, and Gogi Bowls – Seoul Taco’s take on the classic bibimbap dish. For elote lovers, do NOT miss out on the elote quesadilla (huge, cheesy, and corny)! Owner David Choi makes sure each location is designed intricately by local artists, making the space unique and inviting. Don't feel like leaving the house? Order Seoul Taco on Ubereats or Doordash for delicious delivery! Choi's personal favorite is the spicy pork burrito, come try it out for yourself!

Flamingo Tea



From the people who brought you BITE'S Asian Kitchen, comes Flamingo Tea, now open at 843 W Belmont! Flamingo Tea serves everything from protein shakes to smoothies to matcha, to chicken sandwiches to loaded fries to matcha waffles. They truly have something for everyone! You can add boba to any drink on their menu, or you can have your drink sans boba! Drinks with a flamingo next to them on the menu are served in a flamingo float (so adorable!). So stop by to begin your flamingo float collection and try some of the best boba and finger food in the neighborhood!

It is with a heavy heart that we share the news that Dan Kanellakis, owner of Broadway Shoe Repair, has passed away. This family-run business has been a neighborhood staple since 1942. Dan took over from his father in 1990 and for 34 years, he has been the community's go-to cobbler, fixing beloved shoes, leather purses, and more with skill and care. Dan's passion extended beyond shoe repair, he loved to connect with neighbors. Whether it was about motorcycles, local history, or any topic under the sun, Dan always was incredible conversation. His warmth, expertise, and camaraderie will be deeply missed in the Lakeview business community.

To ensure all customers receive their items, Dan's family will keep the shop open, and the last day of business will be on Saturday, August 24th. Broadway Shoe Repair will be open Tuesday-Friday from 11am-7pm and Saturday from 11am-4pm.

TBOX Tickets Go on Sale TOMORROW!

Every Chicago winter brings a few certainties: bone-chilling cold that makes you question everything, high hopes for the Bears, and Wrigleyville going absolutely wild for TBOX. But what exactly is TBOX, you ask? The Twelve Bars of Xmas is the largest holiday bar crawl in the United States, and it happens right here in Wrigley every December. Pearl Jam Comes to Wrigley

Get ready to feel Alive at Wrigley Field! Pearl Jam hits the stage on both August 29th, and August 31st for the Dark Matter Tour. Fun fact, Eddie Vedder is a Chicago native who grew up in Evanston and is a die-hard Cubs fan. He wrote the song All The Way about our beloved Cubs back in 2016, just months before the Cubs won the World Series! Get hyped for the show by watching Vedder perform it live at Wrigley Field, here.
