All signed up? Amazing! We're super excited to welcome more than 600 of you next weekend. If you need to make any changes to your registration (different course, swap or find a last-minute teammate, etc.) reach out and we'll try to help make it happen.

If you're signed up, you already know the fun you're in for. If you have friends or family that you know will enjoy it, pass this email along and get them signed up!

Maybe your team fell apart. Maybe that nagging injury has you thinking racing isn't for you this year. Maybe you're coming along to support someone.

No race? No problem! We'd still love for you to be a part of the fun. Volunteering helps make the event happen, earns you many, many smiles and thank-yous over the day and can be a ton of fun.

All that, plus a swaggy t-shirt and we'll even feed you! Want to help? Reach out and we'll find you a role that works for you!
