The theme of our 2026 Men's & Women's Conference last month was “From Pain to Purpose.” We invited people from the communities we serve to join us in experiencing the love and light of the Gospel. Evenings began with joyful Praise & Worship, and then the men and women separated for teaching. Discover three powerful truths the women learned, and view pictures from the event on our blog.

This year, several ACE sponsors joined mission teams in Jamaica and had the special joy of visiting their sponsored children. These personal encounters highlight one of the most rewarding parts of our Child Sponsorship program: the opportunity to build real relationships. Read the experiences Dave, Linda, and Jolene had when visiting their sponsor students in Jamaica on our blog, and consider becoming a sponsor today.

The amount of support we received made it possible for ACE to fully recover from that “Mean Melissa” storm last October! While we will continue to clean up inner roads, our properties are in good shape compared to farms and hotels on the other side of the island, many of which are still closed. Read our blog to discover our "3Ms," AKA Marla’s Minute reporting on the three things we learned from Hurricane Melissa.

For almost 20 years, Roy has been serving at ACE, and he started serving during the Men’s & Women’s Conference about 15 years ago! His favorite aspect of serving is with the children, but he also enjoys the various work projects we have to complete, as well as getting to form deep connections and relationships with everyone at ACE and the community as a whole. He mentioned that they have truly become family, and he looks forward to seeing them each year. He even credits the years that he has served alongside ACE to how much he has grown in his faith.

Thank you, Roy, for your faithful dedication to ACE, our people, our mission, and—most importantly—the Lord! You and your wife, Kathy, are an incredible blessing to our ministry.

ANSWERED PRAYERS

& PRAYER REQUESTS

PRAYER REQUEST We still have five students from Edgehill School of Special Education in need of sponsorship. Please prayerfully consider whether you could become a sponsor for $135/month to help provide a child with a school uniform, backpack, school supplies, shoes, school fees, access to medical and dental checkups, and more.

ANSWERED PRAYER Many thanks this month for the goodness of smiling faces and welcoming arms! It’s easy to believe ACE has volunteers monthly, if not weekly. We wish! So we are extra grateful to all of our friends who came down during their spring break to make a difference in our community through ACE. We know you could have chosen to vacation at a resort and work on your tan. We love you!

PRAYER REQUEST We still need newer mini-buses than what we presently have. Thank you to the individuals who have already responded to this financial need! We still need around $25,000 US to purchase another 3-5-year old used mini-bus to provide you with additional comfort and safety when you come to visit.

ANSWERED PRAYER ACE has been able to hire more individuals to work at our micro-businesses. We are still praying that we will be able to fill key positions, such as our Farm Manager and Spiritual Discipleship positions. We would also love to be able to provide more training for our existing staff who already do an excellent job, but could use a tune-up, like all of us.

PRAYER REQUEST Please be in prayer that after all the cleanup from Hurricane Melissa last October, we won’t have to worry about a hurricane or destructive weather this coming season. We’ve had enough wind and rain to fill our tanks for a decade!
