Long-time volunteer Courtney Simmons once again had the blessing of taking a group of families and students from Sugar Hill Christian Academy to Port Maria to serve with ACE this past month. Even after serving ACE for over 30 years and leading countless teams, Courtney still gets to enjoy new experiences, such as baptizing four team members in the river this year. Almost one year ago to the month, ACE was investing funds to see the next microbusiness come to fruition through GLF – Green Life Fresh. This microbusiness features a greenhouse with 132 9-foot aeroponic growing towers, producing real, fresh food. After several delays, we are pleased to say the container arrived safely with all of our towers! Answered Prayers & Prayer Requests

ANSWERED PRAYER We have received so much help in our communities from our volunteers. Teams have tremendously helped our special needs school by pouring a new driveway and securing Mason Hall Primary School with new fencing.

PRAYER REQUEST We need an organization to help us with water purification. Even after 30+ years of living in Jamaica, the quality of water is still not where it should be. We are praying for a clean water organization to help us install a water purification system at the farm so we can use it and share it with our neighbors.



ANSWERED PRAYER We’ve been able to hire at least six new employees for ACE’s various programs. Now we just have to train them.

PRAYER REQUEST We need help with our VBS this summer. Due to unforeseen circumstances, one of our key churches that had committed to run our first VBS this year had a drop in numbers. We have had to cancel this once-a-year event for the area and need prayer that we find a replacement.

ANSWERED PRAYER We are praising God that half of our solar power is back up and running at Galina Breeze Hotel!

PRAYER REQUEST We need help getting the rest of the solar power up at the hotel. Generous friends provided funding to repurchase equipment following the solar fire. Now, we need the wiring to be rerun.

ANSWERED PRAYER As you read in Marla’s Minutes this month, the aeroponic growing towers have arrived. What a journey this has been!
