So many miraculous things have happened at ACE in 2024 that listing them all would turn this last newsletter of the year into a novel. Instead, we decided to share highlights with pictures. Check them out on our blog below!

The economy has been skyrocketing to the moon these days. A single head of cabbage is approximately $20 US at the grocery store. While our farm staff plants as much as possible in the rich soil, ACE and its micro-businesses consume every vegetable grown. We even make natural drinks with our fruits. What is not used is given to our families in need with homemade soups and drinks. Needless to say, food is in high demand...

ANSWERED PRAYER We can’t stop talking about it… The beautiful Green Life Farm has been paid in full! And already, ACE is helping incubate new micro-businesses. Want to help? PRAYER REQUEST Our minibuses are on their way out. The roads and potholes going to work are putting a lot of wear and tear on them. Pray we can keep finding parts to old vehicles so our minibuses will last as long as possible.

ANSWERED PRAYER We are so grateful for our staff and their ability to be cross-utilized for employment. Our ladies are driving, our men are taking up more admin roles, and well, it’s just all coming together on the ground. Thank you for your assistance and prayers!

PRAYER REQUEST We need some professional help in teaching people how to ride our horses and care for them daily. We have seven horses, saddles, and tack, but almost all of our employees are afraid of them. We are praying to receive help from someone willing to spend a week to 10 days training our Jamaicans how to ride, round up, care for, and not be afraid of our horses. Do you know anyone with downtime in the winter months?

ANSWERED PRAYER ACE parties are a reminder that children still can find fun and happiness in the simplest things. Thank you all for providing an incredible Christmas party that isn’t just focused on Santa but is truly Christ-centered. All our children had it all! We are so grateful!

PRAYER REQUEST We continue to pray for a couple to serve in the interim as pastor/chaplain for our Peace House. If you find you have 30 days at a time to give to this important position of teaching and working daily with staff in our community, let us know. The need is there. You would be staying in the Campus home, so you would be right there in close proximity to the Peace House.

ANSWERED PRAYER Our US staff has really gone the extra mile to fill in the gaps where “we” on the ground in Jamaica can’t fill holes. Thanks to all the ladies, including past interns, who are serving on our staff, we are able to get our database updated with our Child Sponsorship students and our ACE Mobile Infirmary (AMI) elders by location.
