All Souls Service of Remembrance
Sunday, November 6 at 4:00pm
Join us for our annual service of remembrance commemorating All Souls. Interspersed between beautiful readings and prayers the choirs will sing movements of the stunningly beautiful Requiem of Maurice Duruflé. The Requiem utilizes traditional Gregorian chants that have been augmented and embellished by the expansive harmonic language of Duruflé. Organ music by the composer will be featured before and after the service. The choirs are directed by Michael Diorio and accompanied by Alexander Leonardi. This All Souls observance service provides an opportunity to remember loved ones who are no longer with us.
