Offering of the Chalice at Communion

We once again offer the chalice to those who come forward for Communion. Partaking of the wine will be optional.

Please do so only by intinction, dipping the host into the wine. It is important not to dip your fingers into the wine as well. If you would prefer not to receive the wine, please cross your arms across your chest.

Adult Forum - November 20

Come hear about Episcopal Community Services! Our own parishioner and ECS Chief Advancement Officer Carol Neilson and ECS Executive Director David Griffith will be with us to talk about the organization’s incredible work to transform communities and make positive change. Please come to Masterman Hall after the 9:30 service for coffee and refreshments and to hear about this work!

November 20 - 4pm Vespers

Our third Sunday Vespers Service will feature Michael Diorio and a trio of musicians from the Philadelphia Orchestra offering III. Andante Cantabile, from the Piano Quartet in Eb, Op. 47 of Robert Schumann and Piano Quartet in G minor, K. 478 by W. A. Mozart.
