Church School and Youth Ministries

Nursery Care and Preschool - Rm 208 (ages 3 to PreK)

9:15am-11:00am

Church School 10:45am - Second Floor Classrooms

This Sunday, December 7, we will organize and have a “first-read” for our Annual Children’s Christmas Church School Pageant. We will meet in room 221 in the parish house (i.e. the room at the end of the second-floor hall). This class will give us a chance to assign roles, size costumes, and distribute scripts to take home for practice.

For children and families who would like to make Advent Wreath Making, we will move to Burns Hall after rehearsal to assemble wreaths. Staff and people with artistic talent will be on hand to help.

Confirmation Class

Hospitality Suite

The class will not meet this week but will join in the Advent Wreath making.

The Redeemer Youth Group RYG, is at St. Francis Inn December 7, serving the community of Kensington as we do every month. We will be back at 2 pm, and will have our regular meeting from 4-6 pm in the parish house. We will continue our conversation around loving community as we contemplate Advent and the anticipation of the Messiah. We will consider how Christ’s birth, life, death and resurrection invite a transformative relationship with God and one another. We will be discussing the Birth narratives this Thursday morning at Bible Breakfast. Please join us or email Rebecca Northington with any questions!
