Dear Passholder,


Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center will be closed Monday, August 21 through Sunday, August 27 for annual maintenance. We will reopen at 6:00 A.M. on Monday, August 28.


Down Week Projects/Upgrades:

  • New paint in the Natatorium
  • Installation of a new Dance Studio for the SBDCRC Dance Academy
  • Annex Floor tile maintenance and cleaning
  • Interior and Exterior power washing
  • LED light conversions
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Deep Cleaning
  • Fitness equipment maintenance and deep cleaning
  • Pump Room Maintenance


The Customer Service Desk will be staffed from 8am to 4pm each day of the closure to assist patrons with program registrations. Patrons can call (703) 792-8650 with questions.


Chinn Aquatics and Fitness Center will be Available:


All passholders will be able to use the facilities at Chinn Aquatics & Fitness Center, located at 13025 Chinn Park Drive, Woodbridge, VA, 22192 until Sharron Baucom Dale City Recreation Center is fully reopened (including the pool).

We Will Be Closed Labor Day


Additionally, Dale City Recreation Center will be closed on Monday, September 4, in observation of Labor Day. The entire center will reopen for business on Tuesday, September 5, at 6:00 A.M.
