Is it too early in the month to start talking about the "February Blahs"? How about I approach it in a slightly different way? With this email I hope to help you ward off the February Blahs before they even have a chance to take hold. While last week’s email was a Love Note, this week I’m sending you bouquets of pretty flowers in a beautiful colour palette with soft blues and greens.

Family and Home… are there any sweeter words? Deb Strain, fabric designer for Moda Fabrics, doesn’t think so. Deb knows what it’s like to have family scattered in different time zones and, like many of us, she treasures any time that her family can all be together. 
As a tribute to the joy of being together, and of a HOME built with LOVE, her new Happiness Blooms collection is filled with heartwarming sayings to celebrate the beauty and happiness of HOME. 
The collection offers a beautiful floral mix of blooming buds, floral sprays and tossed bouquets.
Happiness Blooms is filled with delicate watercolour ferns and flowers on linen and charcoal coloured fields. It also features soft monotones and warm ginghams that would fit perfectly into almost any décor.

Spring has sprung at Quilters Cupboard now that Happiness Blooms has arrived. You can bring simple pleasures to your next sewing project with sweet sentiments, gingham, geometrics and dainty fern ditsy prints and floral prints. New to Clearance - Effie's Woods!
Happiness Blooms isn't the first time that Deb Strain has warmed our hearts in recent memory. Effie's Woods quickly became a cherished collection early last year.

Effie's Woods are filled with kind, clever, curious animals, as well as ferns, mushrooms, and berries. The colours are soft, and gender neutral - and the watercolour feel of the artwork is perfect for a cherished little one.

We still have limited stock of fabric, bundles and kits available in Effie's Woods. To make room for the new, we decided it was time to part with the old. All remaining items from the Effie's Woods collection has been reduced at least 25% and are available in-store and online.

If you have a keen eye, you might have noticed the quilt pictured above is similar to the Heartwarming Quilt we have featured with Happiness Blooms. Tami made the quilt for her darling granddaughter and it is absolutely stunning. If you happen to have two panels from the Effie's Woods collection on hand that you weren't sure how to use, with a few modifications to the Heartwarming Block Panel Quilt pattern, you could be well on your way to a treasured quilt.
Favourite Books - While Supplies Last!
