Mobile Food Distribution: Upcoming Dates & Locations
Citizens Concerned for the Homeless is pleased to announce two upcoming Mobile Food Distribution events, providing free food assistance to local families and individuals in need.
- Wednesday, September 16 at the La Porte County Fairgrounds
- Wednesday, October 14 at Rolling Prairie United Methodist Church
Both events will take place from 10 a.m. to noon, or while supplies last.
These distributions are made possible through generous funding from the Health Foundation of La Porte and United Way of La Porte County, helping CCH continue this critical community service as food costs rise and SNAP benefits are reduced.
Over the past year, more than 3,600 families have benefited from CCH’s Food Rescue Initiative. We are grateful to our community partners for helping us continue this important work of community, compassion and service.
