Horizonview Drive Closure Extends South to Anvil Drive
Starting Friday, May 29, 2026, the Horizonview Drive closure will extend south past the Anvil Drive intersection.
Detours:
Chieftan Drive and Flagstone Street will remain open as detour routes for traffic.
Traffic exiting the neighborhood from the west side of Horizonview Drive will take Chieftan Drive.
Traffic exiting the neighborhood on the east side of Horizonview Drive will take Flagstone Street.

What to Expect:
Temporary closures on Horizonview Drive throughout the project.
Ramps will be installed from the paved road to the gravel for a smooth transition, ensuring continuous operation of the roadway and for access to the neighborhood and properties.
Residents are advised to follow the directions of on-site flaggers and construction signage.
Detour routing will be in place throughout pavement removal operations.
Repaving work is scheduled for mid-June and will be completed by the end of June, weather dependent.
