A Successful Community Day at Malcolm X College, West Campus

The Community Day at the Malcolm X College West Campus, held on August 31, brought community leaders, students, faculty and The Partnership staff and network together to bring important resources and some fun to the West Side on a hot (and a little rainy) summer day in Chicago. With food, exciting giveaways, and music, it was a day of fun and connection. It also highlighted important resources, including an open house at the first American Job Center in Chicago's Austin community area, operated by KRA, and adult education opportunities, healthcare career pathways, and more

A big thank you to everyone who joined us and contributed to this community-building experience! To take advantage of these resources, find the AJC nearest to you at levelupajc.org
