The true sign of practice is that you are naturally and effortlessly without fixation. Also, that you are endowed with devotion, compassion and pure perception, just like the sky is filled with the warmth of sunlight.

Contemplation of the Week - Just Like Me

In the days to come as you go about your day, notice whoever you come in contact with. Bring to mind the fact that they are “just like me”. Aren’t they just like me in wanting to be happy, to be known, appreciated and cared for? Aren’t they just like you in wanting to be happy and at ease? When you encounter someone, anyone, you could simply repeat this sacred reminder, “just like me.” This is our shared dream, our shared reality. Simply appreciate this natural truth that binds us all.
