Weekly Zoom Link

On Monday, we'll start with some meditation from the Mahamudra tradition that we introduced last Monday. We'll also explore the nature of "lineage" with particular emphasis on the lineage in which our Buddhist Center community is held. This is a beautiful and inspiring conversation. Please take part.

All are welcome to come at 6:15 for tea and conversation.

Exploring Meditation Nov 21st 5:30-6:30 pm MST. Please join us! Zoom Link. Guided by Kelly Turnbull. A great opportunity for questions, connection, and sharing.

We must all learn to live together as brothers or we will all perish together as fools. We are tied together in the single garment of destiny, caught in an inescapable network of mutuality. And whatever affects one directly affects all indirectly. For some strange reason I can never be what I ought to be until you are what you ought to be.This is the way God’s universe is made; this is the way it is structured.

Contemplation of the Week - A Child of Illusion

In the days and weeks to come as you go about your day, see if you can truly be a “child of illusion.” See if you can be present to the constantly fleeting and open nature of whatever you encounter and the very nature of your mind itself. With this simple insight, our life becomes fluid and workable. This openness brings a quality of ease and a natural connection with the world around us. This is what it means to be a “child of illusion.”
