On Monday evening, we'll hold a "Sojong" ceremony. Through the practice of Sojong, or "renewal," we shed light on the patterns and habits that get in the way of realizing our aspirations and renew our commitment to the path of awakening. This beautiful practice reminds us and reconnects us with what is most important in our lives. Please join in for the practice, followed by discussion.

All are welcome to come at 6:15 for tea and conversation

Here is the recording of last week's teaching.

Exploring Meditation meets next Thursday, August 21st, from 6:00 to 7:00 PM (MT), to support one another on the path. If you’d like a reminder, email Kelly.

Tsoknyi Rinppche

If we can allow some space within our awareness and rest there, we can respect our troubling thoughts and emotions, allow them to come, and let them go. Our lives may be complicated on the outside, but we remain simple, easy, and open on the inside

Contemplation of the Week - Just Like Me

In the days to come as you go about your day, notice whoever you come in contact with. Bring to mind the fact that they are “just like me”. Aren’t they just like me in wanting to be happy, to be known, appreciated and cared for? Aren’t they just like you in wanting to be happy and at ease? When you encounter someone, anyone, you could simply repeat this sacred reminder, “just like me.” This is our shared dream, our shared reality. Simply appreciate this natural truth that binds us all.
