Kate M. Kelly, CPA

Kate Kelly specializes in forensic accounting for family law, including gross cash flow analysis, asset apportionment, marital lifestyle analysis, and retirement plan and stock option apportionment. She also works on civil litigation for breach of contract and inventory audits. With extensive audit training, Ms. Kelly has attended continuing education courses, including the California Society of Certified Public Accountants Family Law Conference. She has taught family law-related trainings within Gursey | Schneider LLP and lectured on family law topics to attorney offices and law students.

Tracy Katz, CPA

Partner, Litigation Services

Gursey | Schneider LLP

Tracy Katz specializes in forensic accounting in family law and civil litigation, with experience in business appraisals, gross cash flow analysis for support, marital lifestyle analyses, asset tracing, pension plan allocations, and stock option apportionments. She also handles reimbursement claims and contract and royalty analyses in the film, television, and music industries. Since joining Gursey | Schneider LLP, she has attended annual continuing education courses and is a frequent lecturer. In 2014, she was admitted as one of only 28 Charter Members to the AAML Foundation’s Forensic & Business Valuation Division.
