Dear Burley Families,

We are so excited to continue welcoming family volunteers into our school community! Your partnership and involvement make a positive difference in the experiences of our students.

As a reminder, all CPS volunteers are required to complete a new volunteer application each school year, regardless of prior approval status. To make this process easier, we are offering an additional on-site fingerprinting session for parents on Monday, December 16th.

If you are interested in volunteering and still need to complete your fingerprinting, this is a great opportunity to do so conveniently here at school.

Tuesday, December 16

⏰ 8am - 11:00am

Please use the link provided to schedule your appointment for December 16.

Before scheduling your appointment, please complete the CPS Volunteer Application CPS Volunteer and email Dr. McLeary your government issued ID. Once those steps are complete CPS will email you the fingerprinting form.  When you arrive on 12/16, you must have a valid, government issued ID in order to be fingerprinted.

Whether you're interested in helping with classroom activities, field trips, school events, or supporting Burley School in other ways, we truly value your time and partnership. Your involvement makes a big difference in our students’ experience!

If you have any questions about the process or your application status, feel free to contact me, tnmcleary@cps.edu

Thank you for your continued support—we can’t wait to see you in the building!

Warmly,

Dr. Tiffanie McLeary

Assistant Principal
