Tennessee Senior Olympics 50+ Tennis Event (Men and Women)
The Tennessee Senior Olympics at the Big Harpeth
The TSO tennis tournament will be held during the Big Harpeth Classic this summer in Williamson County.
Dates: Friday, June 5- Sunday, June 7
Location: Williamson County Indoor Sports Complex AND outdoor courts
Events: singles, doubles, mixed doubles (You may sign up for a max of 2 events due to scheduling)
Registration Procedure:
Players will need to log their name and information into the TN Senior Olympics system AND then register for the Tennessee Senior Olympics at the Big Harpeth.
These are two separate computer systems that will need data.
Registration Steps:
1) Log information into the TSO. This allows for us to qualify players for Nationals as well as cover basic costs for medals, a memorabilia item, insurance, processing fees, etc. Link: TSO Log-In
2) Have your USTA number handy. It will be required when registering for the tournament. If you do not have one, you may create a free guest account at: USTA Guest Account
3) Register for the Tennessee Senior Olympics at the Big Harpeth. This will register players for the ACTUAL TOURNAMENT. Link: TSO at Big Harpeth Registration.
a) If playing doubles or mixed, select the age group in the Big Harpeth system that matches the youngest player of your team as of 12/31/2026.
Fees:
Tennessee Senior Olympics Fees:
- If player is participating in other TSO sports (such as track or table tennis etc), the general TSO entry fee of $70 will cover tennis.

If logging in information into the TSO system for tennis ONLY, the TSO fee will be $25.
Big Harpeth Fees:
- After registering with the TSO, players will register for the Tennessee Senior Olympics at the Big Harpeth.
Fees: $50 singles only. Doubles and mixed doubles: $50. Singles plus one doubles: $75. A Big Harpeth Classic T-shirt will be provided.
Brackets and Times of Play
Will not be released until the day before the tournament. Make plans and book hotel rooms accordingly. We recommend reserving hotels for each night, knowing that cancellations may be necessary once details are released. Friday, June 5th play will begin at 4:00 pm.
The tournament will feature age groups 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, etc.
Tennis did require district participation in order to qualify. However, if you are BRAND NEW to the TSO system you are granted a one-time waiver from district qualification. Also, if your district did not offer tennis, you are eligible.

NATIONAL QUALIFICATION NOTE:
All first-, second-, third- and fourth-place winners at a 2026 NSGA qualifying games will qualify for the 2027 National Senior Games in Tulsa, OK.
Athletes must qualify in each tennis event (singles, doubles, mixed doubles) in which they wish to compete at the 2027 National Senior Games. For more information, visit www.nsga.com.
